How the form is handled
When configured, Contact Form 7 manages the submission; the bundled form is a fallback. Messages are handled by WordPress, the configured mail transport and the recipient inbox. Submission acceptance is not proof of delivery, reading or a guaranteed reply.
Do not include passwords, identity scans, payment information, medical records or confidential information about another person. The acknowledgement covers handling the message; it does not subscribe you to marketing or replace website cookie choices.
If submission fails
Reload the page, review any field messages and try the public email route instead. help@biggk.com can be used for navigation or accessibility questions if the form itself is a barrier.
For urgent health, security or safety issues, use the appropriate professional, provider or emergency channel. The tools and contact inbox cannot monitor or respond to an emergency.
