1. Scope and contact
This notice describes information handling when you visit biggk.com, use Biggk tools or contact Emily Carter. It distinguishes values held in an open calculator page from web-server, email and any separately configured third-party services.
For access, correction or deletion requests about information you sent, contact support@biggk.com. The displayed launch date identifies the site launch; it is not a claim that every policy sentence was published or reviewed on that day.
2. Calculator entries and exports
The bundled calculation scripts run in your current browser page. They do not intentionally upload tool inputs to a calculation service or create a personal account. Refreshing or leaving a page can clear the working copy. Do not treat the browser page as a backup.
Download and print are deliberate actions. Exports contain your current inputs and results; after export, the file and any sharing or printing are under your control. Do not enter confidential information simply because a tool runs locally.
3. Contact messages
A contact form, when enabled, sends the name, reply email, subject, message and required acknowledgement to WordPress for validation and email handling. Contact Form 7 may manage the form; a bundled form is a fallback when it is not connected. The recipient is the declared support inbox.
The site host, mail transport and inbox provider may process delivery metadata and the message. We use contact information to understand and respond to the request, handle abuse and maintain correspondence. No newsletter or marketing subscription is created by this form. Do not send private records, passwords or payment details.
4. Technical records and security
A hosting provider may process IP addresses, requested addresses, timestamps, browser headers and diagnostic logs to serve and protect the website. Cookies used by WordPress administration are separate from visitor calculator entries.
The bundled fallback form uses a nonce, a hidden spam-trap field and a short-lived connection-based rate counter. Contact Form 7 and any configured spam or captcha provider have their own validation behavior. A security measure does not mean all processing is anonymous or risk-free.
5. Appearance and browser storage
The Auto / Light / Dark preference is saved in localStorage under a site-specific appearance key when storage is available. This stores a display choice, not your calculator values. If storage is blocked, the selected appearance works in the current page without guaranteed persistence.
Browser settings can clear site storage and block cookies or scripts. Blocking JavaScript disables calculations, exports and some enhanced controls; the written methods and navigation remain available.
6. Analytics, advertising and optional scripts
The installer does not itself add Analytics, advertising tags, a newsletter, payment processing or user accounts. An administrator may separately configure header/footer scripts, hosting analytics, consent tools or other services. Their actual operation must be checked against the live installation.
This notice does not claim that an external service is active merely because WordPress can support it. Before enabling optional tracking or advertising, the operator must update the notice, identify providers and purposes, and implement applicable consent and opt-out controls. Do not assume that a policy page supplies those controls.
7. Retention, sharing and transfers
Local calculator working copies are not intentionally retained by this plugin as a server-side tool history. Contact correspondence and technical logs can remain with the host and inbox provider according to configured retention and a legitimate need to handle requests, security or legal obligations.
This package does not set a universal retention schedule for independently managed providers. Their locations may involve processing in other jurisdictions. The operator must verify the actual providers, safeguards and retention settings rather than infer them from this page.
8. Your choices and requests
Ask a clear privacy question through support@biggk.com, identifying the site and interaction. Use the original reply address where possible. Proportionate verification may be required before releasing records, but do not send identity documents unsolicited.
Available rights depend on the law that applies to you and the processing involved. You may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and raise a concern with an appropriate regulator. A request cannot remove copies you independently downloaded or sent to another party.
9. Sensitive information and changes
These tools are not designed to receive confidential patient information, credentials, financial account identifiers or children’s personal records. Health-literacy and reflection tools are general organizers, not a clinical record system or treatment service.
Website integrations can change. Review the current notice and any live consent information before using newly added services. Contact the named site contact if the described behavior does not match what you observe.
